Responsibilities
- Design, refine, and test prompts for enterprise-level AI models (GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA)
- Collaborate with product teams to align prompt strategies with business objectives
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries with version control and documentation
- Conduct A/B testing of prompt variations to optimize output quality
- Create prompt engineering guidelines and best practices for internal teams
- Monitor AI outputs for bias, safety, and compliance with industry standards
- Train stakeholders on prompt engineering techniques and tool usage
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in prompt engineering or NLP model interaction
- Proficiency with OpenAI API, Anthropic Claude, or similar LLM platforms
- Strong understanding of transformer architecture and language model behavior
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field
- Experience with prompt testing frameworks (e.g., LangSmith, PromptBase)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
