Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced prompts for large language models (LLMs) including GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into precise prompt engineering strategies
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and iterative refinement of prompts to maximize model performance and output quality
- Develop and maintain prompt libraries, documentation, and best practices for engineering teams
- Research and integrate emerging AI techniques to enhance prompt effectiveness and efficiency
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through technical demonstrations and reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI development
- Proven expertise with LLMs including GPT, Claude, and open-source alternatives
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects with measurable outcomes
- Experience with MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for AI systems
