Responsibilities
- Design and optimize advanced prompt architectures for enterprise-scale LLM applications
- Develop proprietary fine-tuning strategies for GPT, Claude, and custom models
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into AI workflows
- Establish performance metrics for prompt efficacy and iterate based on quantitative analysis
- Lead workshops to train Fortune 500 clients on prompt engineering best practices
- Contribute to R&D for next-generation AI interaction paradigms
- Maintain prompt library with version-controlled, reusable frameworks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional prompt engineering experience with production AI systems
