Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN systems including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Resolve complex network outages with SLA-driven incident response
- Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network architecture
- Document network configurations and create technical documentation
- Provide Tier 3 support for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent industry certification required
- Expertise in Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto networks
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- CompTIA Network+ certification preferred
