Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize prompt architectures for enterprise AI applications
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks that maximize LLM performance and safety
- Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate prompts into production pipelines
- Create documentation and best practices for prompt development
- Conduct A/B testing to refine prompt effectiveness
- Lead workshops to train teams on prompt engineering methodologies
- Stay current with emerging AI capabilities and industry trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.) or NLP systems
- Proven track record of developing production-ready prompt solutions
- Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with ML frameworks
- Expertise in iterative prompt optimization techniques
- Experience with AI safety alignment and bias mitigation
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt engineering projects
