Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompt templates for Large Language Models (GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to maximize output accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze model responses and user feedback to iteratively improve prompt engineering strategies and system performance.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate prompt libraries into production APIs and internal tools.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing on different prompt variations to determine the most effective strategies for specific use cases.
- Create comprehensive documentation and guidelines for prompt best practices to empower other team members.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP, LLMs, and AI safety protocols.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Technical Writing, Interaction Design, or a similar role within the AI/ML space.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages with experience in API integration.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and transformer architectures.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex AI behavior and edge cases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field.
