- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to maximize output quality
- Create documentation standards for prompt libraries and best practices
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior
- Lead workshops to cross-train teams on prompt engineering methodologies
- Monitor and mitigate hallucination risks in production systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years in AI/NLP or prompt engineering role
- Expertise in GPT-4, Claude, and open-source LLMs
- Strong Python programming and API integration skills
- Published research or portfolio demonstrating prompt innovation
- Experience with MLOps tools (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Relevant degree in CS, Linguistics, or Cognitive Science
