Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompts for enterprise-level AI applications
- Develop prompt engineering frameworks and documentation for cross-functional teams
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate prompt effectiveness and model outputs
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model behavior through strategic prompting
- Create reusable prompt libraries and best practice guidelines for AI integration
- Analyze user interaction data to continuously improve AI response quality
- Present findings and innovations to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with prompt engineering or NLP model interaction
- Expertise in GPT, Claude, or similar large language model architectures
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in AI/ML frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Excellent analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
- Experience with API integration and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Certification in AI or Machine Learning preferred
