Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and iterate advanced AI prompts for large language models and conversational AI systems
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis of prompt variations to optimize response accuracy and relevance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate prompt engineering solutions into production AI pipelines
- Create comprehensive documentation for prompt architectures, best practices, and ethical guidelines
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and contribute to open-source prompt engineering frameworks
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct training sessions on prompt optimization techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Cognitive Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or applied AI development
- Proven track record of optimizing prompts for production AI systems with measurable performance gains
- Expertise in Python and experience with AI frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain)
