Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize complex prompts for Large Language Models (GPT-4, Claude, Llama).
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis to maximize model accuracy and tone.
- Implement and refine Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance response relevance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into AI technical specifications.
- Document prompt libraries and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Monitor model outputs for bias, safety, and hallucinations, implementing guardrails as necessary.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends and integration techniques.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in AI, NLP, or technical writing with a focus on LLMs.
- Deep understanding of prompt engineering principles, chain-of-thought reasoning, and few-shot learning.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face.
- Exceptional command of the English language with a keen eye for detail and nuance.
- Experience with fine-tuning models or dataset curation is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about system constraints.
