Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and iterate advanced prompt engineering strategies for large language models
- Develop and maintain comprehensive prompt libraries with version control and documentation
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize AI response quality and alignment with business objectives
- Create prompt frameworks for diverse use cases including customer support, content generation, and data analysis
- Collaborate with ML engineers to fine-tune model parameters based on prompt performance
- Document prompt methodologies and share best practices with the engineering team
- Monitor emerging AI trends and integrate new techniques into existing systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or AI model interaction design
- Proven portfolio demonstrating successful prompt optimization projects
- Expertise in Python and experience with AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex AI outputs
- Excellent written communication with ability to craft precise, effective prompts
- Experience with remote collaboration tools and asynchronous workflows
