- Strategic Planning: Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitive advantages for the 2026 timeframe.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with engineering, design, and executive leadership to prioritize features and manage expectations effectively.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Own the product launch process, ensuring successful market penetration and user adoption.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of innovation within the cross-functional squad.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of shipping complex B2B or B2C products.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to think several years ahead, specifically regarding 2026 market shifts and technological advancements.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of agile methodologies, SaaS metrics, and data analysis.
- Leadership: Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
