Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, high-performance software solutions for real-time threat detection systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop APIs and microservices supporting global security operations
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers during night shift rotations
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to technical documentation
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development with proficiency in Python, Java, or Go
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies
- Experience with security protocols and secure coding practices
- Proven ability to work independently and make technical decisions during off-peak hours
- Excellent problem-solving skills and experience debugging complex distributed systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar)
