Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco/Juniper network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and PRTG tools
- Resolve Tier 3 network outages and implement proactive solutions
- Document network changes using Visio and ServiceNow
- Lead network security assessments and vulnerability remediation
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid infrastructure deployments
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- Cisco CCNP/Juniper JNCIP certification required
- Expertise in BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and DNS protocols
- Experience with SD-WAN implementation (Cisco Viptela/Palo Alto)
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure networking services
- CompTIA Security+ preferred
