Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise-grade network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Implement security protocols including VPNs, VLANs, and intrusion detection systems
- Document network infrastructure changes using Visio and ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cloud teams on hybrid network architecture
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network outages
- Lead network upgrade projects from planning to implementation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP or CompTIA Network+ certification required
- Expertise in Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto Networks
- Proficiency with TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN configuration
- Hands-on experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
