Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize complex network infrastructures including LAN/WAN, VPN, and cloud solutions
- Monitor network performance using advanced tools like SolarWinds and Cisco Prime
- Implement robust security protocols including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and zero-trust architecture
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute network upgrades during maintenance windows
- Document network configurations and provide technical training to junior staff
- Collaborate with cloud providers (AWS/Azure) for hybrid network implementations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise-level network administration experience
- CCNP or equivalent industry certification (CCIE preferred)
- Expertise in Cisco, Juniper, and Arista network hardware
- Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN protocols
- Proven experience with network automation tools (Python/Ansible)
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex network outages
