Responsibilities
- Lead UX research, user interviews, and usability testing to uncover insights and validate design solutions
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards across platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
- Present design rationale and stakeholder feedback to executive leadership
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design team best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing complex B2B products
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) and prototyping software
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Background in designing for healthcare or financial services preferred
- BS/MS in HCI, Design, or related field
