Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product teams to define user requirements and design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
- Document design processes and create user journey maps
- Stay updated on UX trends and emerging design technologies
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving skills (projects welcome)
- Strong understanding of UX principles and design methodologies
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user flows
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Valid California driver's license (for occasional client meetings)
