Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems across enterprise environments
- Document troubleshooting processes and maintain service desk tickets
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system integrations
- Participate in rotational training across IT infrastructure teams
- Support cloud migration projects and security protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service with SLA adherence
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux OS and networking fundamentals
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
