Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Cisco/Juniper network hardware and software
- Monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark
- Resolve Tier 2-3 network outages within SLA requirements
- Document network topology and create technical procedures
- Collaborate with cloud engineers on hybrid infrastructure projects
- Implement security protocols including firewalls and VPNs
- Train junior technicians on best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent Juniper certification
- Proficiency in OSPF, BGP, and VLAN configuration
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and DNS/DHCP
- Experience with network automation tools (Ansible/Puppet)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex routing issues
- CompTIA Network+ certification preferred
- BS in Computer Science or related field
