Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Lead network security initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Develop disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies
- Collaborate with cloud providers to optimize hybrid network architectures
- Document network configurations and create technical procedures
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical network incidents
- Mentor junior technicians and conduct skills training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of enterprise network administration experience
- Cisco CCNP/Juniper JNCIP certification required
- Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and advanced routing protocols
- Strong background in network security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Experience with cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure
