Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools
- Implement robust security frameworks including IAM, VPC design, and encryption protocols
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud environments using CloudWatch, Datadog, and Grafana
- Lead cost optimization initiatives through resource tagging and reserved instance strategies
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices
- Document architecture blueprints and runbooks for cloud environments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with public clouds (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Expertise in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions)
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing)
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
