Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain secure, high-availability Linux systems (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)
- Optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS and on-premise environments
- Implement automation using Ansible, Terraform, and Python
- Monitor system performance using Prometheus/Grafana and ELK stack
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response
- Mentor junior administrators and document best practices
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Linux system administration
- Expertise in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancers)
- Certifications in AWS/Azure or RHCSA/RHCE
- Strong scripting skills (Bash/Python)
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker)
- Knowledge of security frameworks (CIS Benchmarks, NIST)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
