Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users in a timely manner.
- Manage and document all support tickets within the Service Desk system, ensuring accurate tracking and closure.
- Assist with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices, including laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to proactively identify and resolve potential system vulnerabilities.
- Conduct basic user training sessions and create knowledge base articles for common issues.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tickets and meet strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines.
- Associate degree in Information Technology or completion of a technical certification program (e.g., CompTIA A+) is preferred.
