Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure (Azure/O365)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Monitor system performance and optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience with Windows environments
- CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft Azure certifications
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
