Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for 500+ users across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage and troubleshoot complex network infrastructure including VPN, firewalls, and cloud services
- Deploy and maintain endpoint security solutions (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne)
- Lead hardware/software lifecycle management including imaging, imaging, and asset tracking
- Document SOPs, knowledge base articles, and incident reports
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and service contracts
- Support AV systems and video conferencing equipment (Zoom Rooms)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certifications required
- Expertise in Active Directory, GPO, and Intune MDM
- Proven experience with ServiceNow or Jira ticketing systems
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment deployments
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
