Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and security protocols
- Lead IT projects including system upgrades and employee onboarding
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT operations
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct technical training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience in corporate environments
- Advanced certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft Azure)
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong problem-solving skills with incident management tools (Jira/ServiceNow)
