Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for 200+ employees across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure troubleshooting
- Deploy and maintain network hardware including Cisco switches and firewalls
- Lead IT security initiatives including endpoint protection and vulnerability assessments
- Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs
- Mentor junior support staff and optimize helpdesk ticket resolution workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience with Windows Server administration
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications required
- Expert knowledge of Azure AD and Intune deployment
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python) for automation
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
