Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints including Windows/macOS systems
- Manage Active Directory, O365, and VPN infrastructure for seamless remote operations
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including MFA, endpoint protection, and data encryption
- Lead IT projects including device refreshes, software deployments, and system migrations
- Document SOPs and knowledge base articles for continuous process improvement
- Provide Tier 3 escalation support for critical system outages
Qualifications
- 5+ years enterprise IT support with 2+ years in hybrid environments
- CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
- Expertise in SCCM, Intune, and Azure AD management
- Experience with ServiceNow or Jira ticketing systems
- Strong background in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
- Valid US driver's license with clean record
