Responsibilities
- Lead 24/7 Incident Response (IR) operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams to mitigate breaches and restore system integrity swiftly.
- Conduct advanced Threat Hunting and vulnerability assessments to identify potential weaknesses before they are exploited.
- Design and implement next-generation security architectures, including Zero Trust frameworks and SIEM integration.
- Develop and maintain enterprise security policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with NIST, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS standards.
- Oversee security audits and penetration testing initiatives, driving continuous improvement in our defense posture.
- Train and mentor junior security analysts, fostering a culture of security awareness and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Information Security, SOC management, or Threat Intelligence.
- Deep technical expertise in SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and Firewalls.
- Proven experience in developing Incident Response playbooks and conducting forensic analysis.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, cloud security (AWS/Azure), and identity management (IAM).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical findings to executive leadership.
