Responsibilities
- Monitor SIEM platforms for security incidents and anomalies
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop incident response playbooks and execute remediation
- Collaborate with IT teams on security policy implementation
- Generate detailed threat intelligence reports for stakeholders
- Manage firewall and IDS/IPS configurations
- Lead security awareness training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity operations or incident response
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification (required)
- Proficiency in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar)
- Experience with NIST frameworks and compliance standards
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and cloud security
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
