Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art Large Language Model (LLM) architectures tailored for enterprise applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of fine-tuning strategies, including RLHF and DPO, to enhance model performance.
- Optimize model inference pipelines to reduce latency and operational costs in high-volume environments.
- Establish robust safety guidelines and bias mitigation protocols for generative outputs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, specifically focusing on Agentic AI workflows expected in 2026.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on NLP and LLMs.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models to production (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of model evaluation metrics (BLEU, ROUGE, perplexity) and bias detection.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
