Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning for disruptive technologies impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and publish quarterly Future State Briefings for Fortune 500 partners
- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps integrating quantum, AI, and biotech convergence
- Chair 'FutureProof Council' workshops with executive stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio for moonshot projects
- Represent company at Davos, Web Summit, and Singularity University forums
- Mentor 10-person Innovation Accelerator team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, R&D strategy, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record of publishing trend-forecasting with 80%+ accuracy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or climate tech
- Portfolio of implemented future-shaping initiatives (patents, policies, or products)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Fluency in futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, etc.)
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption vectors
