- Secure $5M+ in quantum computing grants from NSF and DARPA
- Develop IP portfolio with 10+ patentable quantum algorithms annually
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Week and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction (2019-2023)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization tools
- Track record of securing government quantum research funding
- Expertise in topological quantum computing and qubit stabilization
- Experience scaling quantum systems beyond 1000 qubits
