Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology/society foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging opportunities and threats
- Produce strategic reports and white papers on future trends for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with future market needs
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for cutting-edge research
- Present future forecasts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or related futurism field
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Experience facilitating executive workshops with Fortune 500 companies
- Strong command of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Certification in futurism or strategic foresight (preferred)
