Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (quantum computing, climate tech, neuro interfaces) to map 2026 technology adoption curves
- Develop scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients navigating disruptive innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into competitive strategy
- Author white papers and keynote presentations at Davos, TED, and industry summits
- Build proprietary AI-driven trend-forecasting algorithms using proprietary datasets
- Advvent government agencies on future-of-work policy frameworks
- Mentor a team of junior futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD/Masters) in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier business publications
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5+ year strategic foresight implementations
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain for government collaboration projects
