Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional prototyping labs for decentralized autonomous systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed futurist principles into corporate strategy
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and climate-tech acceleration
- Curate thought leadership summits with MIT, Stanford, and World Economic Forum
- Drive R&D investments in neuromorphic computing and biointegrated interfaces
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with Fortune 500 or unicorn-scale tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on exponential technologies
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and predictive systems
- Proven track record of scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ revenue
- PhD or equivalent in Futuristics, Systems Theory, or Computational Physics
- Deep familiarity with ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
- Portfolio of deployed solutions in at least 3 emerging domains
