Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop and present scenario-based strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content for industry forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Quantify future market opportunities and competitive threats using predictive analytics
- Drive adoption of strategic foresight methodologies across organizational departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
