You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to translate foresight into strategic roadmaps while representing our thought leadership at global forums.
Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their socioeconomic implications for 2026+ horizons
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for market disruption and opportunity identification
- Lead global foresight initiatives through research partnerships with academic institutions
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops to embed future-thinking across organizational DNA
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory landscapes affecting technological adoption
- Mentor junior futurists and establish a knowledge-sharing ecosystem
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of publishing influential foresight research or whitepapers
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trends (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or MFMP) preferred
