Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate risks
- Produce high-impact deliverables including trend reports, innovation playbooks, and executive briefings
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and leadership teams to align 2026 roadmaps
- Establish thought leadership through published insights and industry speaking engagements
- Monitor global signals (tech, policy, economic) to refine 2026 strategic priorities
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record developing long-term strategic frameworks (5+ year horizons)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and quantitative/qualitative research
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in tech or advanced industries
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ strategic projects
