Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology, economic, and sociocultural trends to forecast 2026+ developments
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational 2026 vision
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-focused products and services

- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist experts and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership whitepapers on emerging paradigm shifts
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing future trends
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leader in future studies or innovation journals
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar professional designation
