- Advise executive leadership on emerging tech adoption and risk mitigation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Drive implementation of future-proofing initiatives across product development
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP) preferred
