Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop and publish authoritative foresight reports with quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives and board members
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight outputs into executable business strategies
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario-planning expertise
- Proficiency in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum AI, synthetic biology, climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Track record of implementing foresight insights into business outcomes
