Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology foresight frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario planning for global market disruptions
- Collaborate with C-suite to align long-term strategy with emerging paradigms
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present future visions to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
