Responsibilities

- Integration Leadership: Oversee the integration of emerging AI and quantum-ready protocols into existing legacy infrastructure.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous code quality standards and mentor junior engineers in advanced architectural patterns.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and maximize throughput in real-time data processing streams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering and system architecture.
- Core Tech: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a proven track record in cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated interest in next-gen technologies including AI, Machine Learning, and Distributed Ledger Systems.
