Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and agile methodologies.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, including database queries and frontend rendering.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience (5+ years).
