Responsibilities
- Architect and implement responsive web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Optimize front-end performance to achieve 95+ Lighthouse scores
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Docker and Jenkins
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven UX improvements
- Ensure ADA/WCAG 2.1 compliance across all digital products
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional experience with React and Node.js ecosystems
- Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Proven track record with cloud-native deployments (AWS/GCP)
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and GraphQL
- Portfolio demonstrating complex web applications
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
