Responsibilities
- Lead development of responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks
- Collaborate with UX designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces meeting WCAG 2.1 standards
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and cross-browser compatibility
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services in federal-compliant systems
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Docker containerization
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technology stack evolution
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional experience with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Expert proficiency in React ecosystem (Redux, React Router) and TypeScript
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development
- Experience with state management libraries and component-based architecture
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508) and testing frameworks
- Familiarity with AWS services (S3, CloudFront, Lambda) and CI/CD tools
- Portfolio demonstrating complex web applications and performance optimization
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance for federal projects
