Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analysis to optimize product features and user experiences
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate data solutions into core platforms
- Present complex findings to non-technical leadership through compelling narratives
- Lead ad-hoc analytical projects addressing business challenges across departments
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with focus on fintech or SaaS industries
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced certification in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven track record translating data into revenue-generating insights
- Experience with statistical modeling and experimental design
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Strong understanding of equity compensation structures
