As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between complex data and strategic business goals.
Responsibilities
- Transform raw data into actionable business intelligence through advanced modeling and visualization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and growth opportunities.
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines and reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau.
- Perform complex statistical analysis to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.
- Present data-driven findings to executive stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience creating interactive dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
